On Mahsa Amini in 2022: two anniversary tweets (2023, 2024) saluting "the revolutionary process of the Iranian people" — more than any Spanish profile. And faced with the January 2026 massacres, her reaction was immediate and substantial: alert on the internet blackout on January 8 ("The worst is to be feared"), "all my support for the Iranian people suffering a bloody repression with several hundred or even thousands of dead" (14 January), citing the precise toll in March (3,400 people killed, 208 children). The documented limit: from the American-Israeli strikes of February 28, the frame shifts to the war, up to the rhetorical inversion — "Is an Iranian's life worth less than a Ukrainian's?" — where the regime's dead become an argument against the West.
Panot is the only one of the five Spanish and French profiles to have named Mahsa Amini and to have reacted quickly and substantially to the January 2026 massacres.
