We analyzed the 9,426 tweets of the Franco-Palestinian MEP (2019–2026). Her profile is singular in this series: an activist for one cause before being a generalist, her concentration on Israel/Palestine — 96% of her crisis output — is expected, not revelatory. The real measurements lie elsewhere.
Rima Hassan was born in 1992 in the Palestinian refugee camp of Neirab, near Aleppo. A jurist, founder of the Refugee Camp Observatory and then Action Palestine France, she was elected LFI MEP in June 2024 precisely as the voice of that cause. Her archive reflects it without surprise: 4,060 tweets on the conflict. For this profile, the series' method changes the question it asks.

In the eight previous profiles, the lexical test measured a reservation. In Hassan, it produces a result of a different nature: the word is used massively — 133 tweets — but its dominant target is the State of Israel. Her most viral tweet in this register: "It is time to qualify the State of Israel as a terrorist state" (13 July 2024, 41,672 likes). For Hamas, the word appears once, in 2023, in an analytical frame.
On 23 January 2025, the European Parliament adopted by 533 votes a resolution demanding the release of writer Boualem Sansal, imprisoned in Algeria. Hassan was one of the 24 votes against — and her archive contains her complete defence: Sansal arrested under legislation that "a coalition of the right and far right put on the agenda." The instrumentalization argument is documented; what the archive also documents is the hierarchy it reveals: Sudan urgent resolutions merited her votes; the resolution on the writer imprisoned by the Algerian regime merited a vote against.
Hassan has, by far, the most substantial Sudan record of the nine profiles analyzed — UN figures, EP resolution work, human rights session, BNP Paribas denunciation. The charge of indifference to non-Palestinian suffering does not hold on that file. The Uyghurs (7 tweets) and Armenians (9 tweets) also exist in her archive.
