Santiago Abascal on X: the inverted map

We applied exactly the same rules to the president of Vox. His result is the symmetry proof of the method: his map of outrage and silence is the left's map, inverted. His records are the left's zeros; his zeros, the left's records. Selective attention is not the vice of one camp: it is a structure.

The proof this method needed

A method applied only to one political camp is a weapon; applied to all with the same rules, it is an instrument. This profile submits Santiago Abascal — founder and president of Vox, MP since 2019 — to the exact 17-crisis dictionary, the same manual false-positive verification and the same direction reading as the ten previous profiles.

What the left silences and he shouts

Venezuela: 96 tweets with a dictatorship/repression frame since 2013, up to welcoming María Corina Machado in Spain as a "heroic reference of the fight for freedom" (2026). Cuba: reaction to the 11J within 24 hours ("¡Viva Cuba libre!"). Nicaragua: Ortega's "murderous regime" after the 355 deaths of 2018. October 7: condemnation the same day ("gravísimo ataque terrorista"), condolences for Maya Villalobo "murdered by the Islamic terrorists of Hamas," a visit to kibbutz Nir Oz, memory of the Bibas, demands for hostage release.

The exact mirror: his two structural zeros

And yet the pattern is the same — with the sign reversed. Palestinian civilian victims do not exist in his account. In 43 post-7-Oct tweets and fifteen years of archives: zero mention of civilian victims in Gaza — whatever figure one accepts and to whom one attributes responsibility. His only allusion to the inhabitants of Gaza turns them into "human shields" of Sánchez and Hamas.

The terrorism lexicon has a hole in the shape of the far right. "Terrorist": 389 tweets (ETA, jihadism, political adversaries). Christchurch (51 dead in two mosques): zero. El Paso: zero. Hanau: zero. Buffalo: zero. His three only mentions of Utøya include one (2015) to resist the equation: "diluting international jihadist terrorism by equating it with the psychopath of Utoya's murders." This is, mechanism for mechanism, the mirror of the left's refusal to call Hamas "terrorist."

What the method compels us to acknowledge

His commitment on Latin American dictatorships is real, longstanding, sustained and personal — his condemnations of Chávez and Castroism predate Vox's founding. His reaction to the Cuban 11J was immediate and unequivocal. His condemnation of October 7 was complete the same day. He condemned Russia's "brutal attack" in February 2022 and defended Zelenski against accusations of being "neo-Nazi." And his first documented humanitarian cause (2014) was genuine: "el genocidio cristiano" in Iraq and Syria.

Eleven profiles: the structure, not the camp

This profile closes the first symmetry proof of the series. Selective attention is not a pathology of the left or right — it is a structure of militant political discourse. Every camp builds a map where useful victims occupy all the space and inconvenient ones don't exist.

Methodology and limitations

Complete archive of @Santi_ABASCAL (16,357 tweets, 4 March 2011 – 13 July 2026). Identical 17-crisis dictionary as the ten previous profiles, full manual verification. Verification corrections: Israel/Palestine from 92 to 53 ("sionis" captured "secesionista"); Uyghurs from 3 to 0 (the surname "Eguiguren" contains "uigur"); Yemen from 1 to 0 (an insulting 2012 reply, not coverage).
